Frequently asked questions about pricing.

Who counts as a technician?

Everyone who works with orders in ZVYQ – the owner, admins and staff. Dentists and practices you only share orders with for viewing don’t count and get a free account.

Can I change my plan?

Any time in the settings. A higher plan applies immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A lower plan takes effect from the next period.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for 11 months and use it for 12. The subscription runs exactly one year from payment (or from the end of the current period if you renew early).

How do I pay?

By card or with a QR code in your mobile banking app. You receive the invoice by email and can also find it in the app.

What is EasyFaktúry Biznis?

Invoicing software from the same team as ZVYQ (easyfaktury.sk). The Biznis plan – unlimited invoices, quotes, purchase orders, stock and cash register – is included with ZVYQ and normally costs €10.99 a month. ZVYQ uses it to issue invoices for orders.

What happens after the free trial?

The first 14 days are free with no limits. If you don’t pay afterwards, nothing is charged and your data stays – the app simply becomes read-only until you renew your subscription.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices in the price list exclude VAT. 23% VAT is added at payment; the price including VAT is shown with each plan.
